With these easy, approachable recipes, Australia’s best-known chef Neil Perry helps make any weekend occasion special, whether it’s a quick stir-fry on Friday night or an elaborate Sunday lunch with friends. Featuring more than 100 recipes, Easy Weekends incules tailored dinner party menus, lazy breakfast ideas and in his well-known style, Neil Perry explores the different cuisines that have influenced his food.

A fabulous detailed cook book with a vast range of recipes, from seafood, chicken, lamb, beef and more!

Simple easy to follow steps, that create seemingly complex meals.

As much as I loved the range of recipes in this book I am not a huge fan of seafood and found that there are a lot of seafood recipes in it. I also wouldn’t say that many of these recipes would be suitable for most children who like their basic simple foods. A great book if you want complex meals from simple ingredients and easy to follow steps.
